Taking photos and videos meant every adventure and moment would always be remembered. In 1991, my parents surprised me, and we went to my first concert... New Kids On The Block at The Frank Erwin Center.

 

From that moment on, I was hooked. From the energy, lights, music, and especially the crowd, my eyes were officially introduced to the world of live music. Living in Austin, Texas, The Music Capital Of The World, there is not a better place to call home.

 

The moment that changed everything was when I saw one of my photographs featured on the Hatebreed Live Dominance (DVD). 

 

That was it.

I love a challenge. Every band is different. Every crowd, lighting, show, and venue brings something unexpected. You never know what you will get. That element of surprise keeps concert photography exciting. I am stoked to share what I have captured from my view. From the barricade, the pit, and everywhere in between.
